We are committed to providing high-quality Mobile Car Detailing, Interior Car Detailing, Full Car Detailing, and Professional Auto Detailing Services while operating in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Services

All services are subject to vehicle inspection and availability.

Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary depending on:

• Vehicle size

Final pricing may be adjusted after inspection and customer approval.

Results Disclaimer

Automotive detailing is an appearance enhancement service.

While we strive to achieve exceptional results, Zhine ProDetailing does not guarantee:

• Complete scratch removal

• Complete stain removal

• Complete odor removal

• Factory-new condition

• Perfection of any surface

Results vary depending on vehicle condition, age, materials, maintenance history, and previous repairs.

Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Customers are responsible for informing us of any known issues before service begins.

Zhine ProDetailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to:

• Scratches

• Paint chips

• Paint failure

• Oxidation

• Faded trim

• Cracked plastics

• Torn upholstery

• Previous repair defects

• Existing interior damage

• Mechanical or electrical issues

Any damage or defect present before service remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Interior Cleaning Limitations

Our Interior Car Detailing services are designed to significantly improve the cleanliness and appearance of your vehicle.

However, some stains, odors, discoloration, wear, mold damage, burns, tears, or permanent contamination may not be fully removable.

No guarantee is made regarding complete restoration of heavily damaged interior surfaces.

Vehicle Access & Movement

By scheduling service, the customer authorizes Zhine ProDetailing to start, move, reposition, and operate the vehicle as reasonably necessary to complete the requested services.

The customer confirms that the vehicle is legally operable and properly insured.

Electricity Requirement

At this time, customers must provide access to a standard electrical outlet to allow us to perform our Mobile Car Detailing services.

If access to electricity is unavailable, services may need to be rescheduled.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing all valuables and personal belongings before service.

Zhine ProDetailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Cash

• Jewelry

• Electronics

• Documents

• Firearms

• Personal property

Photography & Marketing Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Zhine ProDetailing may photograph or record vehicles before, during, and after service.

Images and videos may be used for:

• Marketing

• Advertising

• Social media

• Website content

• Promotional materials

No compensation will be provided for such use.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled without penalty.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in cancellation fees and loss of deposit.

Zhine ProDetailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to:

• Weather conditions

• Safety concerns

• Equipment issues

• Unforeseen circumstances

Insurance, Compliance & Professional Standards

Zhine ProDetailing operates as a professional Mobile Auto Detailing business and maintains a commitment to professional business practices, workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We strive to maintain all business registrations, operating requirements, and insurance coverage applicable to our services.

We are committed to responsible handling of detailing products and waste materials in accordance with applicable environmental standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhine ProDetailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising from the use of our website or services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Final Vehicle Inspection & Service Acceptance

Upon completion of the service, the customer (or an authorized representative) will be invited to perform a final inspection of the vehicle together with a Zhine ProDetailing team member before the service is considered complete.

This inspection allows the customer to review the results, confirm satisfaction, and identify any concerns while our team is still on-site whenever reasonably possible.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of completion, the service shall be deemed accepted upon delivery of the vehicle.

Any concerns or claims regarding the quality of the detailing service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Zhine ProDetailing may, at its sole discretion, request the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before determining an appropriate resolution.

Under no circumstances will claims related to the quality of the completed detailing service be accepted more than five (5) business days after the date the service was completed.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
